We're thrilled to announce that we now have three semi-private studio spaces available for rent at the Clay Center! Enjoy your own customized workspace and storage while still being part of a creative and supportive community.

This option includes:
- 24/7 access to your very own semi-private studio space within ArtEgg Unit 115. Specific dimensions vary, but each semi-private space is about 50 square feet.
- 24/7 access to our main studio in ArtEgg Unit 119 (outside of classes, workshops, or other scheduled events or closures).
- Access to the Clay Center’s extra furniture items like shelves, tables, and chairs (if available).
- Sell your work in our biannual studio sale events and during any open house events we run concurrently with gallery events.
- You'll be eligible to participate in our annual studio-wide exhibition in the Clay Center gallery.
- We have a ton of close free parking available!
- You'll be able to buy clay and other materials onsite.
- No more transporting fragile pieces for firing somewhere.
- Experience creative cross-pollination with the broader clay community.

- The $279 monthly fee will be charged automatically on the first of each month via a Stripe subscription payment.
- We require a minimum of two months' commitment for semi-private spaces.
- After two months, you can cancel your semi-private space with 30 days’ written notice to [email protected].
- Renting a semi-private studio space requires a signed lease, photo ID, and a $89 security deposit.
- Semi-private spaces are intended for one artist each and cannot be split or shared.
- Semi-private spaces are to be furnished by the artist as desired. Storage or furniture is not included, but artists may be able to use any extra furniture items the Clay Center has available.
- For adequate airflow and to maintain a communal atmosphere, no solid perimeter walls, panels, furniture, or other solid items may rise higher than 48 inches in height from the floor. Open shelving and curtains are acceptable as long as air can easily pass through them.
- A semi-private space is to be used for one artist’s active creative practice involving clay. It may not be used solely for storage, for completely non-clay practices, or by more than one person.
