Our current open hours are 1-5 pm on Tuesdays and Thursdays, and 10 am-5 pm all other days of the week.
Special Event Closures
Occasionally, we will close for a workshop or other event during our regular hours, so we recommend checking our Calendar of Events before heading over for a visit.

The Clay Center of New Orleans is located inside the ArtEgg Studios building in Gert Town/Mid-City. ArtEgg Studios sits at the intersection of Euphrosine Street and Broad STREET, which is underneath the Broad AVENUE overpass. ArtEgg is diagonally across from the new Five O Fore golf complex. The front door to the building faces the Broad Avenue overpass.
Building Access
To enter the ArtEgg building, please dial 116 on the call box by the front door. When you hear the buzzer, quickly push the door inward. If the door did not unlock, pull it toward you to make sure it's fully closed and dial 116 again. If you still can't get in, just call us at (504) 517-3721 and we'll help! We are in Unit 119 on the first floor of ArtEgg.
Parking
Clay Center students, members, and visitors are asked to park on Euphrosine Street or under the Broad Avenue overpass. The two parking lots at ArtEgg are reserved for tenant use.
